Opportunities to Participate and Contribute

The Windy River Institute is now evolving with community projects that will require volunteers and staff.

We look to engage like minded individuals in any number of areas to bring the concepts of Sustainable Living to Mohave County and to staff and manifest a full educational and hands on curriculum on Sustainable issues.

Opportunities to participate and contribute:

- volunteers for the gardens folks wanting to do upkeep and learn at the same time
- community garden planning team
- Web site maintenance on Weebly
- Curriculum for fall classes
- Event planner and coordinator
- grant writer
- accountant

Opportunities to contribute:

- we could use a composting toilet
- wind generator
- use of a small tractor
- plants
- straw bales
